Growing up best friends in Sonoma County and being surrounded by beautiful vineyards and terrain, the two had a vision of creating Californias craft brown water and the spirit that goes with it. At Lost Republic, they aim to deliver some of Californias highest quality craft whiskey. The Cask Strength bottling is a more pronounced expression of Lost Republic Bourbon.

Full and soft on the palate with a pleasant balsamic character underlined by rhubarb and gentian which are met by a subtle sweetness and a light tannin structure from time spent in barrel

piquant flavors with decidedly bitterish undertones while the second is called vellutata
