After blending, the rum is redistilled with botanicals including scotch bonnet peppers, banana, and lime leaf imparting a superb balance of vibrant fruit, subtle spice, and tangy zest. Certainly interesting for sipping neat, and should do rather well served with more delicate mixers too.
