Ballachulish Railway StationBallachulish Station was a terminus on the Callander and Oban Railway (post 1923 in the London, Midland and Scottish Railway). The station was opened in 1903 to a design in the renowned Glasgow Style. The branch was closed in 1966 by the British Railways Board but the building still exists and was renovated in the 1990s as a Medical Centre. The Station comes in 2 options: The main station building (4 A4 sheets) and the main station plus station

The base size of this model when assembled  is approx   236 x 101mm  at  roof  (to help with layout designs)

This Lanarkshire tenement kit represents a basic tenement (without the bay windows that signified more affluent areas)

Fortunately

the shed saw fire and reduced activity leading to 2 of the roads being demolished in the 50s and a new retaining wall being added

Killin Station is on the Killin Railway branch line which ran from Loch Tay to Killin Junction where it joined the main line from Callander to Oban

The station was opened in 1904 and closed in 1951

The station is a wooden building with a slate roof and survives (modified somewhat) and hosts a local business

This Killin Line set includes:

(Pollokshields West – the next station towards Glasgow was of similar design but demolished in the late 1980s
