2014 Amuse Bouche Red, Napa Valley, California, USAABOUT THIS WINE The Amuse Bouche 2014 was harvested on September 18 and 22. It is a slightly different blend than its predecessors. From our vineyards in the eastern hills of Rutherford, the blend of 92% Merlot and 8% Cabernet Franc makes this vintage a bit more robust on the palate, while retaining its acclaimed finesse and elegance. We produced 700 cases. We commissioned critically acclaimed, internationally collected artist, Edmund Ian Grant, to

Hermann discovered that the cool climate and gravelly soils of the Finger Lakes were similar to his family’s vineyards in the Mosel Valley
