This species originates from Papua New Guinea, these ones were raised by me in my captive bred colony, they are selectively bred for size, and are larger than most others around! Male & Female pair. The male has huge spurs on the hind legs which they use in fights with other males, and for defense. The females are incredibly chunky, always carrying lots of eggs as adults,

These species are found in Peru and are just a tiny part of the constant cycle of life and death which often has surprising beauty
