A very small nick on the top of the piece is the only spot of damage that I can see on the display side (the piece is incomplete on the back where it detached from the pocket wall)

The underside of the piece features white

compressed rhombohedra of chocolate brown (nearly black) Siderite on matrix

or a phosphate collector

making it a "floater" with no point of attachment

The crystal is rather gemmy (better than the photos might indicate)
