Internally

For the most part

Any collector who loves unusual and colorful gem crystals should consider this unique miniature specimen

This area has long produced some of the finest Topaz specimens in recent memory from the standpoint of color

Mark Chance Bandy described Paravauxite crystals in his book "Mineralogy of Llallagua

the crystals have a growth that is atypical compared to most I’ve seen from Muddy Creek

Only minor damage

A pristine

which is incredibly rare in my experience with this material

but there are more of them on this specimen than almost anything I've seen from the locality

which gives way into a thin pale blue-green zone

crystallized sulfides from this locality are among the best from Colorado and highly sought after by collectors
