The whisky was matured exclusively in sherry casks, with a majority of these casks being refill casks. On the nose, youll find smoky aromas, mixed with honey, caramel, mild oak, vanilla, soft spices and red berries. On the palate, mild peppers and a pinch of salt, followed by honey and dried fruits.
