Victorian Sphinx Hand MirrorGorgeous, late 19th century hand mirror with a winged sphinx for a handle. How fabulous! The design is on both sides, with the mirror facing side including faux turquoise gems. Refer to photos for size and condition: Very good with a little cloudiness to the glass from age. Handle the area where the mirror meets the handle with care: It isnt broken, but the way the piece was constructed, the metal is rather delicate at that area.

but the hardware in the back was added later to keep the plaster in place

This early 19th century epitaph was painstakingly copied down in beautiful gothic script by an unknown recorder

The interior measures about 5” x 3

Condition is excellent save for some surface wear to the cover

otherwise condition is very good

This black and white print dates to around 1900 and is presented in its original frame

I have lovingly framed them on black velvet in a contemporary gilded wood frame

Deck is complete with both cards and box in good condition

Condition is good save for one area underneath the cross where a sliver of wood has splintered off- refer to photos
